By creating an account or using My Digital Humidor, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

My Digital Humidor provides tools to track cigar inventory, log smoking sessions, view collection insights, and display selected cigars via Lounge Mode. Features may change as the product evolves.

The service is offered free of charge for core functionality at this time. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future with notice.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and notify us of unauthorized use.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal smoking age in your jurisdiction) to use this service. The platform is intended for lawful personal use related to legal tobacco products.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the data and images you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you.

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to access other users’ accounts, disrupt the service, scrape data at scale, or use the platform for spam or commercial solicitation without permission.

Lounge Mode is for displaying your own collection to guests you invite; do not use it to misrepresent inventory or impersonate others.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that inventory values and insights are suitable for financial or insurance decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Digital Humidor and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including loss of data. Maintain your own backups of important records if needed.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk, with notice when reasonable.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
